In Jazz concert with Yvan Robilliard

Pianist and composer Yvan Robilliard will play Jazz music on 20 May, 8 pm at L’Espace, Hanoi.

Yvan Robilliard was born in 1978, and he started playing piano at the age of four years in a family of classical musicians. However after having graduated from the music conservatory, Yvan Robilliard realizes that it is in improvised music and composition that he finds the freedom to shape his world.

Having won the First Prize for Soloist and First Prize for Composition at the National Jazz Contest in Le Défense, Robilliard released his first album in 2005. He recently released his second album, entitled Intuitions, with Fabrice Teuillon and Nicolas Larmignat.
