Gentle autumn, the interim between fiery summer and bitter winter, stirs the artist’s deepest emotions. The sixteen paintings in this exhibition, “Flying Autumn,” relay artist Nguyen Duy Linh’s reflection upon the dreamy and romantic autumn of former capital city Hue.
“Flying Autumn” is the emotions of the artist caught in the fly, painted into poetic pictures with his extravagant knife and brush-strokes, grasping onto those wondrous moments.
Artist Nguyen Duy Linh was born in 1955 in Hue City, graduated from the Hue College of Fine Arts, currently lectures in the Art Department, Hue College of Fine Arts. Since 1971, Nguyen Duy Linh has entered many exhibitions in Viet Nam and England, India, Japan, Thailand, France.
