Dining is always something that humanity pay attention to every day. From generation to generation, food and beverages have changed a lot in terms of cooking process and have increased differently in each continent. Let start from Europe.
As a continent with civilization particularly since the foundation, its social culture in general and food culture in particular have become exemplary to the world, which can be
expressed by the "golden formula" of the culinary art of Europe. The reason why we call it the "golden formula" is because it was on the scientific research and proven to be very nutritious and has no harm. In my opinion, Melodia restaurant - bar – coffee at 16 Phan Boi Chau is the best. Being a journalist specializing in cuisine field, and using to work in an international hotel, I was immediately attracted by Melodia from the outside of the restaurant with the architecture school of Gothic and Baroque Business typical European shown in more than 20 meters in front fork Phan Boi Chau and Nam Ngu.
While waiting for some kinds of Western typical dishes, drinks ordered, I plant to 3 feet Piano to play some favourite songs. The sound was really great, perhaps in part thanks to the architectural style dome of the European theater, creating effective resonant sound really special! That made me rethink the name of the restaurant: Melodia is "melody" in Italian. It plays a part to show that the restaurant owner is an expert in Western culture.
