In XI century, i.e. in 1010, Ly Dynasty - King Ly Cong Uan moved the capital in Hoa Lu to Thang Long (now Hanoi). His Princess was seized by a serpent while she was making a bat tour on Thien Duc River, then a poor young man named Le Mat living in a riverside house killed the serpent to save the Princess. And he was rewarded jewels and this land, that is Le Mat village.
Today Bamboo Snakes Garden (Le Mat) is a famouse restaurant. You shalll enjoy snake foods which are prepared by experienced restaurateur - Chef who used to make his services ad APEC Summit and for the heads of state.
